If I ever die, I want the audio of Kanji angrily shouting “Watermelon” to be played throughout the entirety of my funeral so that it can ferry my soul safely and delicately across the ethereal plane where my soul will be deposited to rest peacefully for the rest of eternity. That is, provided that the sheer joy of listening to Kanji repeatedly shout “Watermelon” while he runs around the house doesn’t already fuel my body with eternal life.

Did this bother anyone else? Am I being ignorant(Im still a new fan) to different variations of the animation or did the English version of Persona 4 the Animation really edit Mitsuo Kubo’s face to look more sinister(or oblivious)?
Sure the kid was an asshat, but he killed Morooka for attention because he was socially isolated, not because he liked to kill people. The worrisome look on Mitsuo’s face in the Japanese version adds to the tension/fear that Adachi creates while revealing his crimes.

THANK
THANK
THANK
Seriously thank you
Though I’d like to point out that the left side is actually the TV version, while the right one is the BD version, which was released in both Japanese and English.
Either way, the point stands that they really don’t need to try so goddang hard to force us to hate Mitsuo.
